Task-based methodology doesn’t have a pre-determined plan regarding the language learned
– instead, a task is set and the students will then learn certain aspects of language as they complete it. This allows for a more natural, less rigorous teaching approach.
This course will instruct individuals on how to best plan a lesson following this method, such as the materials that can be used, as well as how to introduce the task to students. It will also show how to monitor the task as it is being completed, as well as how to encourage students with the task and their learning.
